Cold snack of canned sardines

Ingredients

→ SPINACH
→ SALTED SPRATS
→ FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ MAYONNAISE

Peel the sprats from the entrails (see "Cutting fish"), cut off the heads, put them on a tray or plate, place slices of fresh cucumber and hard-boiled eggs around them.

On the egg circles, you can put 1/4 teaspoon of mayonnaise mixed with boiled mashed spinach.
