Cottage cheese sandwich paste with smoked herring in Polish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 450 G OF SMOKED HERRING (OR MILK)
→ 4-5 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 250-300 G SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT
→ 250 G COTTAGE CHEESE

Boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish") and (or) milk, together with cottage cheese and hard-boiled eggs, pass through a meat grinder. Then add sour cream to the pasta, add salt and grind.

Serve as a cold appetizer or as a filling for sandwiches.
