Cottage cheese with boiled or fried fish (for sandwiches)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 100 G OF COTTAGE CHEESE (9% FAT CONTENT)
→ 100 G OF BOILED OR FRIED FISH
→ 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED DILL
→ 0.5 TSP GRATED HORSERADISH

Rub the cottage cheese with a wooden spoon. Boiled or fried fish, freed from the bones, crush with a fork and mix with cottage cheese. Add salt and sour cream to the mixture. Then fill everything with chopped dill and grated horseradish.

Serve as a cold appetizer or as a filling for sandwiches.
