Crab, baked in a milk sauce

Ingredients

→ 25 G GRATED CHEESE
→ 225G CANNED CRAB
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
→ 100 G OF CHAMPIGNONS
→ 1 CUP MEDIUM-THICK MILK SAUCE

Open the jar with the crabs, cut the crabs into pieces, put them in a saucepan with the juice, add the cooked and sliced mushrooms and 1 teaspoon of melted butter. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Then put everything in a frying pan, greased with oil, and pour the milk sauce over the crabs (see "Milk sauce (medium density)", mixed with ½ the amount of grated cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, drizzle with butter and place for 5-6 minutes in a preheated 180-200 degree oven.
