Crucian carp fried in sour cream (with potatoes)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 600 G OF CARP
→ 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER+1 TABLESPOON BUTTER FOR FRYING POTATOES
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM
→ 1 TABLESPOON BREADCRUMBS
→ 1 KG OF POTATOES

Clean the carp from fins and scales, remove the insides and gills, wash, wipe with a towel, rub with salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Fried carp put in a pan, greased with oil, around the cover with pieces of fried potatoes, pour sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (see "White breadcrumbs"), sprinkle with melted butter and bake in a hot oven.
