Crushed rice (sechka)

Crushed rice is not divided into varieties, it consists of crushed, additionally ground rice grains. In fact, crushed rice is the broken rice kernels obtained as a by-product in the production of ground and polished rice.

Most often, crushed rice is used for making filling and pureed soups, viscous and liquid porridges, meatballs and cutlets. In addition, it is used in brewing.
