Delicious cold-smoked fish (salmon, chum salmon, salmon)

Ingredients

→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ 300 G COLD-SMOKED SALMON, CHUM SALMON OR SALMON
→ 30 G GREEN SALAD
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 0,5 OF LEMON OR KIWI

Clean the fish from the skin and bones, cut into thin slices, lay in even rows on a dish or plate, decorate with sprigs of parsley or lettuce leaves. Garnish with lemon or kiwi slices.

Very salty chum salmon can be pre-soaked in a whole piece in cold boiled water for 3-4 hours. After removing from the water, the fish should be dried with a towel, lubricated with vegetable oil and held for 1-1. 5 hours in a cold place or on ice, then cut into even thin slices.
