Delicious salted fish (salmon, smoked whitefish, salmon or a side of Beluga)

Ingredients

→ 75-200 G OF LIGHTLY SALTED OR COLD-SMOKED FISH (SALMON, BALYK BELORYBITSA, SALMON OR BELUGA FLANKS)
→ 20 G OF BOILED CARROTS
→ 10 G BUTTER
→ 10 G CHOPPED FRESH CELERY ROOT
→ 10 G PARSLEY
→ 0.5 LEMON

Clean the fish from the skin and rib bones and cut off the smoked and weathered parts from it. Then cut obliquely into wide thin slices and place these slices slightly obliquely (one piece on top of the other) on a porcelain dish or small plate.

From the sides of the fish, decorate with sprigs of parsley, disks of boiled carrots, chopped root of young celery, lemon slices and pieces of butter.
