Diet salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 80 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 4 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 3 TOMATOES + 1 TOMATO FOR DECORATION
→ 200 G BONELESS FISH FILLET (SEA BASS, COD, HAKE)
→ 20 G GREEN LETTUCE + A FEW LEAVES FOR DECORATION,
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG (FOR DECORATION)

Add the fish fillet (boil in a small amount of liquid), cool and cut into small slices (see the materials "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"). 

Boiled potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce cut into pieces, chop the onion. Mix the products, add salt and season with sour cream. Garnish the salad with tomato slices, egg slices and lettuce leaves.
