Dorado: useful properties of dorado fish

Dorado (golden spar) belongs to the family of Spar, or sea carp. The body of the dorado is conical, flattened on the sides; the head, like the body, is covered with silver-gray scales; the teeth allow you to grind the shells of shellfish, snails, crustaceans, and even the protective cover of sea urchins. Adult dorado fish can reach an impressive mass – up to 7-8 kg with a length of 70 cm, but on average, with industrial breeding, it weighs about 350-600 g with a carcass length of 20-40 cm (which corresponds to 2-3 years of life).
