Edible Honeysuckle bark

Medicinal properties are not only the berries of the edible honeysuckle, but also the buds, flowers, leaves, branches and bark.

Honeysuckle bark is harvested in early spring, dried in dryers at a temperature not exceeding 45°C, and then stored in a dry place. In folk medicine, it is used-internally-for edema, dropsy and colitis, and externally - for burns, wounds and inflammatory processes in the throat.
