Edible honeysuckle "dolphin" (Far Eastern selection)

The honeysuckle of the dolphin variety has cylindrical berries. The upper part of each berry is elongated, while the fruit wrapper does not fully fuse, resembling a half-open beak (dolphin). The surface of the berries is slightly bumpy, the skin is dense, the taste is sweet and sour, dessert.

In cooking, such berries are most often used in fresh (natural) form.
