Edible honeysuckle "fire opal" (West Ural selection)
In the fire opal honeysuckle, the berries are elongated-oval, with a smooth surface and a dense, elastic skin. The taste of berries is sour, strongly bitter. Such berries are most often used for processing.
The leaves of the "fire opal" are dense, dark green, elongated-oval in shape. In folk medicine, they are used to prepare medicinal decoctions and infusions.
