Edible honeysuckle "Gzhel early" (Moscow selection)

The fruits of the edible "Gzhel early" honeysuckle are easily separated from the peduncle. In appearance, they are large, pitcher-shaped, with a flat top and a slightly bumpy surface. Their skin is thin, and the flesh is tender, sweet-sour, absolutely without bitterness. In cooking, they are most often used fresh.

The leaves of the "Gzhel early" are large, light green. In folk medicine, infusions and medicinal decoctions are obtained from them.
