Edible honeysuckle "in memory of Gidzyuk" (West Ural selection)
The variety of honeysuckle "memory of Gidzyuk" has pitcher-shaped or pear-shaped berries. At the base of the berries are elongated, at the top they have a roller.
The surface of the berries is slightly bumpy, the skin is elastic, strong,and the flesh is very tender. The taste of the berries is pleasant, sweet and sour, with tart notes. In cooking, such berries are most often used fresh.
The leaves of the "memory of Gidzyuk" honeysuckle are bright green, with a pointed tip. In folk medicine, they are used to prepare medicinal infusions and decoctions.
