Edible honeysuckle "zest" (South Ural selection)
Honeysuckle of the variety "raisin" has large fruits of a fusiform shape. Their surface is slightly bumpy. The taste is sour-fresh, with a tart bitterness.
These berries are suitable for fresh consumption and processing.
The leaves of the "raisin" are bright green, elongated-lanceolate. In folk medicine, they are used to prepare medicinal decoctions and infusions.
