Egg and salmon salad

Ingredients

→ 50 G SALTED SALMON + 20 G SALMON FOR SALAD DECORATION
→ 30 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 1 SMALL BOILED CARROT

Boil the carrots until soft. All products are cut into strips and mixed with mayonnaise.

Before serving, garnish the salad with small pieces of salmon and herbs.
