Egg-butter sauce for fish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G BUTTER
→ 4-5 DROPS OF LEMON JUICE OR 1 TEASPOON OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 20 G PARSLEY OR DILL

Chop the hard-boiled egg and mix it with the heated oil, add salt, chopped parsley or dill, lemon juice or vinegar.

Egg-butter sauce is served with boiled fish.
