Egg, salted fish and tomato sandwiches

Ingredients

→ OR 1 POD OF SWEET PEPPER, OR 2 TOMATOES, OR 1 CAN OF RED CAVIAR
→ 50 G OF GREENS OR GREEN SALAD
→ 4-6 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 4-10 PIECES OF BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING OR A FEW KEELS
→ 20-30 G OF HERRING OR SUNFLOWER OIL
→ 100-150 G (4-6 SLICES) RYE BREAD

A large piece of bread is thickly smeared with herring or keel oil (see "Herring oil", "Keel oil"), put egg circles in one row, place a lettuce leaf or greens next to them, and on them – two sprats or a piece of herring rolled up in a ring (see "Cutting fish").

Decorate the sandwich with slices of tomato, slices of sweet pepper or a mound of red caviar.
