Eggs stuffed with shrimp

Ingredients

→ SALT TO TASTE
→ FRESH VEGETABLES (TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS, SWEET PEPPERS)
→ 500 G SHRIMP
→ 4 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

Hard-boiled eggs, cut lengthwise, separate the yolk.

Then it is rubbed with butter, salted and combined with whole peeled boiled shrimps (boiled-frozen ones are cooked for 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw ones-10-12 minutes).

The finished mass is stuffed with egg halves, decorated with parsley on top. Served on a platter with fresh vegetables.
