Fish baked in Czech style

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ WHEAT FLOUR
→ 60 G BUTTER
→ 500 G OF FISH (CARP, RAINBOW TROUT, COD OR OTHER)
→ 125 G OF MILK
→ 1 EGG
→ 1 TEASPOON VINEGAR

Separate the fish fillet from the bones (see the article "Cutting fish"), cut into portions, sprinkle with vinegar, salt and put in a greased saucepan.

Mix the egg with the milk, add the flour and, after stirring well, pour the resulting mixture over the fish. Put the dish to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
