Fish baked with potatoes

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 800 G OF POTATOES
→ 400-600 G OF FRESH FISH
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1-2 BAY LEAVES
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 ONION

Clean the fish, wash it, cut it into portions (see the article "Cutting fish"), add salt, pepper, roll it in flour (see the recipe "Flour breading") and put it in a large frying pan, greased with oil.

Between the pieces of fish, put sliced raw potatoes and 1-2 bay leaves. Sprinkle the fish with chopped onions, drizzle with oil, pour a glass of water or fish broth into the pan (see the recipe "Fish broth") and put it to bake in the oven or in a Russian oven.
