Fish cheese

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT TO TASTE
→ MUSTARD
→ 300 G COD FILLET
→ 200 G BUTTER
→ 2 CUPS MILK
→ 100 G GRATED SEMI-HARD CHEESE (LITHUANIAN OR SWISS)
→ 1 BAY LEAF
→ 0.5 ONION

Add a little salt to the cod fillet, add a bay leaf and half an onion to it (see the article "Cutting fish"), and then boil it in milk (see "Features of cooking boiled fish").

Next, dry the cod, cool it and pass it through a meat grinder twice. Mash the resulting puree with softened butter, grated cheese, mustard and pepper.

Add salt to the fish "cheese", and then put it in a salad bowl or on an oblong dish.
