Fish fillet salad with apples

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ VINEGAR
→ SALT
→ SUGAR
→ GREENERY
→ 800 G BONELESS COD OR HAKE FILLET (SEE " CUTTING FISH»)
→ 4 SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15-20% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 2 HEADS OF ONION

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper, roll in flour (see the recipe "White breadcrumbs") and fry until tender in vegetable oil. Then cool, cut into small slices, drizzle with vinegar and leave for 30 minutes in the cold. Then add the chopped onion, apples, sour cream, sugar, salt and mix.

Ready salad to decorate with herbs.
