Fish fried with mayonnaise

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ DILL
→ SALT
→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ WHEAT FLOUR
→ PUNCH
→ 4 ONIONS
→ 250 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 CARROT
→ 1 PARSLEY ROOT (OR 3/4 TEASPOON DRY PARSLEY ROOT)
→ 1 KG OF FRESH FISH

Clean the fish, cut into portions, roll in wheat flour mixed with salt, fry in vegetable oil, put in a bowl, transfer a layer of chopped onion rings and finely chopped carrots, salt, pepper, pour mayonnaise and bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven.

Serve cold, garnished with herbs and finely chopped parsley root.
