Fish in Asturian

Ingredients

→ A PINCH OF GROUND CLOVES
→ A PINCH OF CINNAMON
→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ WATER
→ 80 G BUTTER
→ 500 G COD OR NAVAGA
→ 100 G OF CHAMPIGNONS
→ 1 TEASPOON GRATED CHOCOLATE
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 SMALL ONION
→ 0.5 CUP DRY WHITE WINE

Finely chop the onion and fry in half of the specified amount of butter. Add the flour and fry together with the onion. Then carefully pour in 1 \ 4 liters of water and mix the sauce well so that there are no lumps. Add wine and chocolate, cloves, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Grease the pan with oil and put it on a very low heat.

Cut the fish into portions, put it in a frying pan, pour the sauce and simmer over low heat.

Peel the mushrooms, finely chop them, put them out in the remaining oil and put them in a frying pan with fish for 10 minutes before serving.

Crumbly rice is served as a side dish to the fish.
