Fish jelly

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 60 G ONION
→ 40 G PARSLEY ROOT
→ 100 G CARROTS
→ 1.5 L FISH BROTH
→ 1 KG OF ANY FISH (BETTER THAN SEVERAL VARIETIES)

Cut fresh or frozen fish (see the article "Cutting fish"), cut into pieces and add salt.

In the prepared broth from fish waste (see the recipe "Fish broth"), boil the fish pieces together with the roots and spices, then remove the fish, strain the broth, pour it over the fish and put it in a cold place to solidify for a day.
