Fish salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 4-5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 200 G COD OR HAKE
→ 2 FRESH CUCUMBERS + 1 CUCUMBER FOR DECORATION
→ 150 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 100 G GREEN SALAD

Boil the fish, separate from the bones and cut into cubes (see "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), potatoes and cucumbers-slices, and lettuce leaves cut into 3-4 parts.

Mix everything, add salt, add mayonnaise, decorate the salad with herbs and cucumber slices.
