Fish salad with green peas

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 3-4 BOILED POTATOES
→ 30 G DILL GREENS
→ 2-3 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 200-300 G OF FRESH FISH (WALLEYE, COD, PINK SALMON, ETC.)
→ 200 G SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 200 G GREEN CANNED PEAS
→ 1-2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE

Cook the fish with the addition of roots, cool, and then cut the fish fillet into pieces (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"). Add chopped potatoes, cucumbers, green peas, salt, pour lemon juice and sour cream.

Ready salad sprinkle with chopped dill.
