Fish salad with rice

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 5 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS + 1 EGG FOR DECORATION
→ 3 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 200 G OF FISH (PINK SALMON, COD, ETC.) + 50 G OF FISH FOR DECORATION
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BOILED CRUMBLY RICE (SEE " JAPANESE RICE»)
→ 150 G GREEN LETTUCE + A FEW LEAVES FOR DECORATING GREEN LETTUCE

To prepare a fish salad with rice, boil the fish fillet (see "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish") and cut into even pieces. Cut the onion into rings and pour boiling water so that there is no bitterness. After 1-2 minutes, drain the water, and cool the onion.

Mix the fish with onions, boiled rice, finely chopped eggs and green salad, season with mayonnaise and mix well.

Fish salad with rice put in a salad bowl slide and decorate with slices of fish, egg circles and lettuce leaves.
