Fish salad with tomatoes and apples

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ SUGAR
→ 50 G GREEN SALAD
→ 400 G OF BOILED FISH
→ 4 BOILED POTATOES
→ 300 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 100 G OF SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 100 G TOMATOES
→ 100 G OF FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Boneless fillet (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish") of boiled fish, potatoes, tomatoes, apples and fresh cucumbers cut into slices, and lettuce leaves – large pieces.

Add mayonnaise, sugar and, if necessary, salt.

Carefully mix and put a slide in a salad bowl.
