Fish salad

Ingredients

→ MAYONNAISE
→ 250 G (APPROXIMATELY 1 CAN) CANNED TUNA OR PINK SALMON IN ITS OWN JUICE
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 1 ONION

Mash the fish with a fork, mix with finely chopped eggs and chopped onions, and then season with mayonnaise.

The salad can be used as a filling for sandwiches on toasted slices of bread or as a filling for tartlets.
