Fish sauce

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
→ 1 ONION
→ 1 L FISH BROTH
→ 1 PARSLEY ROOT (OR 3/4 TEASPOON DRY PARSLEY ROOT)

Sifted flour spasserovat with 1 tablespoon of butter, without allowing color changes. After sauteing, cool the flour (for 5-7 minutes), pour in 1/4 of the total amount of fish broth (see "Fish broth"), knead until smooth, and then add the remaining broth in small portions.
