Flounder blowfish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 30 G BUTTER
→ 100 G OF HERBS (DILL, PARSLEY)
→ 1 SMALL FLOUNDER
→ 1 LEMON

Wash the whole flounder, gut it, and then rub it with salt, pour lemon juice (3-4 drops on each side) .

Place the fish in the oven, after putting 30 g of butter on top of it.

Keep the fish in the oven for 8-9 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees. Serve with herbs, fresh vegetables or a vegetable salad.
