Flounder boiled in oil

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ WATER
→ 800 G OF POTATOES
→ 500 G FLOUNDER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 10 G PARSLEY
→ 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE

Cleaned, washed and cut into portions flounder cook in salted water.

When serving, remove the flounder from the broth on a platter, garnish with boiled potatoes and pour over the melted butter. In the oil, put finely chopped parsley, pre-washed and dried, as well as 0.5-1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Note. Before pouring oil on the flounder, the liquid that got there when laying the fish should be drained from the dish.
