Flounder or halibut, fried with onions, mushrooms and gherkins

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 70 G OF CHAMPIGNONS
→ 50 G MELTED BUTTER
→ 40 G GHERKINS
→ 300 G OF FISH (HALIBUT, FLOUNDER)
→ 300 G BOILED POTATOES
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 1 ONION
→ 0.5 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR

Mushrooms and onions finely chop and separately lightly fry in oil.

Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper, pan in flour (see the recipe "Flour breading") and fry (see the article "Cutting fish").

Put the chopped onion on a dish, and on it the fried fish, garnished with boiled potatoes.

In the preheated butter, put the gherkins cut into strips, fried mushrooms and warm up. Pour this mixture over the fish and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
