Flounder salad with mayonnaise

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 400 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS + 1 EGG FOR DECORATION
→ 1.5 KG FLOUNDER

Boil the fish in salted water and cool in the broth. Remove the fish from the broth and let the broth drain.

Cut boiled potatoes into large slices, pour mayonnaise and put on a dish. Put the pieces of fish on top and pour the mayonnaise again. Garnish the salad with boiled eggs.
