Flounder with mayonnaise

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 500 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 5 POTATOES
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 1.5 KG OF FLOUNDER

The prepared flounder is boiled in salted water and cooled in the broth, then let the broth drain and separate the flesh of the fish from the bones and skin.

Separately cook the potatoes in the peel, peel, cut into large slices, put on a dish and pour mayonnaise.

Put the fish on top and pour the mayonnaise all over again. Garnish with hard-boiled and sliced eggs.
