Flowers of black mountain ash
In May-June, white or pinkish flowers appear on Aronia chernoplodnaya, which do not have a particularly pleasant smell and look like red mountain ash flowers (see "Red Mountain ash flowers").
The flowers of Aronia chernoplodnaya freeze very rarely, because later blooming protects them from spring frosts. For medicinal purposes, they are used to strengthen the weak walls of blood vessels and capillaries, as well as to treat skin inflammation.
