Fried eel

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 400-600 GRAMS OF FRESH EEL
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR

Eel gut, wash, wipe with a towel and, without removing the skin, cut crosswise into pieces, add salt, roll in flour and fry in oil until tender.

Prepared roasted eel, it is recommended to bring to the table with fresh vegetables.
