Fried eggs with herring

Ingredients

→ 5 EGGS
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR GREEN ONION
→ 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 1 SALTED HERRING

Peel a small herring from the bones and skin (see "Cutting fish"), cut into 8-10 pieces, put these pieces in a hot frying pan with oil, release the eggs and keep the eggs on the fire for a few minutes.

When serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the eggs with finely chopped parsley or finely chopped green onions.
