Fried fish fries

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 700 G FROZEN FISH FILLET (HAKE, TILAPIA, COD, LAMPSUNG, LOBANI, CATFISH, SARDINES, SEA BASS)
→ 2 EGGS
→ 2 CUPS MILK
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL + 200-300 G OF OIL FOR ROASTING
→ 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 LEMON

Fish fillets are cut into small pieces 3-4 cm thick, placed in an enamel pan, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix and put in the refrigerator for marinating for 20-30 minutes.

Dough: Add warm milk, vegetable oil to the flour, mix so that there are no lumps, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Egg whites are whipped and added to the dough, stirring gently. In a saucepan pour vegetable oil and heat.

Each piece of fish is dipped in the dough and fried in oil for 2-3 minutes until a golden crust is formed. The dish is served with mayonnaise and lemon slices.
