Fried fish sandwiches

Ingredients

→ 8 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY
→ 4 SLICES OF BREAD
→ 3 TEASPOONS GRATED (OR READY-MADE) HORSERADISH
→ 200 G BONELESS FILLET OF FRIED FISH (WALLEYE, LAMPSUNG, COD, ETC.)

Spread bread slices with horseradish, put pieces of fried fish on them (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking fried fish").

The resulting sandwiches on top to decorate with sprigs of parsley.
