Fried navaga

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 600 G OF NAVAGA
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BREADCRUMBS
→ 1-2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 EGG
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR

Remove the skin from the navaga, remove the entrails, leave the caviar in the fish. Wash the fish and dry it with a towel, then add salt to it, roll it in flour (see the recipe "Flour breading"), moisten it with egg mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of water, roll it in breadcrumbs (see the recipe "White Breading") and fry in oil until tender.
