Fried smelt

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ 3 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 2 EGGS
→ 10 PIECES OF SMELT

Clean the fish, remove the entrails, and then rinse well, add salt and leave for about an hour (see the article "Cutting fish"). After that, dip the smelt in a beaten egg with the addition of a small amount of water, roll in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil.
