German regional cuisine: black forest cherry cake
One of the most famous German desserts is the black forest cherry cake, the main ingredients of which are sponge-chocolate cakes lined with cherries.
In addition to the original cakes, each cake must contain chocolate chips, a lot of whipped cream and cherry liqueur, which is either slightly moistened, or completely impregnated with the base (cakes).
