Green sauce

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 20 G OF HERBS (DILL, PARSLEY, CORIANDER, GREEN ONION)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SUNFLOWER OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
→ 1 GARLIC CLOVE
→ 0.5 TSP SALT
→ 0.5 CUP COLD VEGETABLE BROTH

Add lemon juice, pepper and salt to the vegetable broth. Then chop the garlic with a garlic chopper (!) and add it to the broth as well. Pour in the olive and sunflower oil. Whisk everything together.

At the end, add the finely chopped herbs to the sauce.
