Hake salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ SUGAR
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 60-70 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 400 G OF HAKE
→ 3-4 BOILED POTATOES
→ 3-4 GREEN LETTUCE LEAVES
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS + 1 EGG FOR DECORATION
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 TABLESPOON 5% VINEGAR
→ 1 SALTED OR PICKLED CUCUMBER

Boneless fillet of boiled hake cut into pieces (see the article "Cutting fish", "Features of cooking boiled fish", "Poached fish"), pour the marinade of vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and put in the refrigerator for one hour.

Boiled potatoes, pickled or pickled cucumber and hard-boiled eggs cut into thin slices.

Remove the hake from the marinade, season with mayonnaise, put in the middle of the salad bowl on a layer of vegetables with eggs, seasoned with mayonnaise.

Then decorate the dish with green lettuce leaves and slices of boiled egg.

For this salad, you can also use natural (in its own juice) canned fish.
