Herring " caviar"

Ingredients

→ 500 G SALTED HERRING
→ 350 G (2-3 PIECES) OF PROCESSED CHEESE 100 G EACH
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 200 G BUTTER
→ 150 G CANNED GREEN PEAS

Through a meat grinder, pass alternately boneless herring fillet (see Cutting fish"), melted cheese and solid butter. Mix all this thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, so that the mass freezes.

Garnish the finished dish with parsley and canned peas.
