Herring milk

Herring milk is the sperm of a male herring. Since it has a pleasant taste and contains a lot of vitamins, in cooking it is often used to prepare pates and fillers for sandwiches.

In fact, salted herring milks go well with herbs, black pepper, mustard, onions, butter, garlic, cheese, boiled eggs and rye bread. However, other than for mixtures, they can also be used for marinating (with or without subsequent frying).
